BAUBAU, BAUBAUPOST.COM — Pemerintah Kota Baubau melalui Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH) memperkuat upaya pendidikan lingkungan kepada generasi muda dengan menggelar kerja bakti, penghijauan, dan pelatihan pembuatan kompos di SMP Negeri 5 Baubau, Kamis (18/6). Kegiatan tersebut merupakan bagian dari rangkaian peringatan Hari Lingkungan Hidup Sedunia 2026 yang dilaksanakan selama satu bulan. “Wakil Wali Kota Wa Ode Hamsinah Dorong Budaya Peduli Lingkungan Sejak Dini di Sekolah, Siswa SMPN 5 Baubau Dilibatkan Aksi Hijau,”
Pelaksana Tugas Kepala DLH Kota Baubau, Amiruddin, S.Kel., M.Si., mengatakan kegiatan itu bertujuan menanamkan kesadaran lingkungan sejak dini kepada para siswa agar memahami pentingnya menjaga kelestarian alam serta dampak yang ditimbulkan apabila lingkungan mengalami kerusakan. Dalam pelaksanaannya, DLH menurunkan sekitar 50 personel yang terdiri atas aparatur sipil negara, petugas taman, dan petugas kebersihan jalan.
Selain kerja bakti dan penghijauan, para siswa mendapatkan pelatihan mengolah sampah organik berupa dedaunan dan ranting menjadi kompos. Program tersebut diharapkan dapat membentuk kebiasaan pengelolaan sampah yang lebih baik di lingkungan sekolah maupun rumah tangga.
Wakil Wali Kota Baubau Wa Ode Hamsina Bolu menegaskan bahwa persoalan sampah dan lingkungan hidup tidak dapat dibebankan sepenuhnya kepada pemerintah. Menurut dia, keterlibatan masyarakat menjadi faktor utama dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang bersih dan sehat.
“Persoalan lingkungan hidup dan sampah harus dibagi perannya. Dimulai dari individu, keluarga, lingkungan sekolah hingga masyarakat secara keseluruhan,” kata Wa Ode Hamsina Bolu saat menghadiri kegiatan tersebut.
Ia menjelaskan, pendidikan lingkungan perlu dimulai dari kebiasaan sederhana dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. “Kita mulai dari diri sendiri, bagaimana memelihara lingkungan dan mengelola sampah yang kita hasilkan. Setelah itu berkembang ke lingkungan rumah, kemudian sekolah,” ujarnya.
Menurut Wa Ode Hamsina Bolu, Pemerintah Kota Baubau akan terus memperluas program edukasi lingkungan melalui kerja sama dengan sekolah, kelurahan, fasilitas umum, dan komunitas masyarakat. Di sisi lain, pemerintah juga berupaya meningkatkan kapasitas Tempat Pembuangan Akhir (TPA) dengan dukungan pemerintah pusat guna menjawab tantangan pengelolaan sampah perkotaan.
Secara historis, Hari Lingkungan Hidup Sedunia diperingati setiap 5 Juni sejak ditetapkan Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa (PBB) pada Konferensi Stockholm tahun 1972. Di Indonesia, peringatan tersebut menjadi momentum untuk memperkuat kesadaran publik terhadap isu lingkungan, sejalan dengan berbagai program pengurangan sampah dan rehabilitasi kawasan hijau yang terus didorong pemerintah di tingkat nasional.

Kepala SMP Negeri 5 Baubau, Machmud, S.Pd., menyampaikan apresiasi atas dipilihnya sekolah tersebut sebagai lokasi kegiatan. “Kami sangat berterima kasih atas kunjungan dan arahan dari Ibu Wakil Wali Kota serta Dinas Lingkungan Hidup. BAUBAU, BAUBAUPOST.COM — Praktik Mandiri Bidan (PMB) Hafizah di Kota Baubau, Sulawesi Tenggara, memperkuat pelayanan kesehatan ibu dan anak melalui layanan persalinan humanis, pendampingan intensif, serta kesiapsiagaan tenaga kesehatan selama 24 jam guna menjawab kebutuhan masyarakat di wilayah Baubau dan daerah kepulauan sekitarnya. “PMB Hafizah Baubau Kembangkan Layanan Persalinan Modern dan Berorientasi Pasien, Fasilitas Lengkap dan Siaga 24 Jam,”
Tingginya kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap fasilitas kesehatan tersebut terlihat dari banyaknya pasien yang datang tidak hanya dari Kota Baubau, tetapi juga dari Kabupaten Wakatobi, khususnya Kecamatan Kaledupa, serta Kabupaten Buton Selatan, termasuk wilayah Kadatua. Kepercayaan itu dibangun melalui pelayanan yang mengedepankan kenyamanan pasien sejak masa kehamilan hingga pascapersalinan.
Pemilik PMB Hafizah, Bdn Harafiah, S.ST., C.MSHT., C.BMHT, mengatakan pihaknya berupaya memberikan pelayanan yang lebih personal dibandingkan layanan kesehatan sejenis. “Kami berusaha memberikan pendampingan maksimal sejak masa kehamilan, proses persalinan, hingga masa nifas agar ibu dan bayi mendapatkan pelayanan yang aman dan nyaman,” ujarnya, Minggu (21/6).
Dalam setiap proses persalinan, PMB Hafizah menerapkan sistem pendampingan oleh tiga bidan sekaligus. Saat ini fasilitas tersebut didukung enam bidan, termasuk pemilik praktik, serta seorang dokter umum, dr. Aldino Siwa Putra. “Untuk pelayanan persalinan, kami melibatkan tiga bidan agar keselamatan dan kenyamanan ibu maupun bayi dapat terjaga secara optimal,” kata Harafiah.
Selain layanan persalinan 24 jam, PMB Hafizah juga menyediakan pemeriksaan kehamilan, pelayanan keluarga berencana (KB), pemeriksaan IVA dan IVA Test, tembak telinga, Baby Spa, serta pelayanan kesehatan umum. Seluruh layanan tersebut didukung dengan kelengkapan perizinan, mulai dari Surat Izin Praktik (SIP), Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR), hingga dokumen administrasi lain yang dipersyaratkan pemerintah.
PMB Hafizah juga memfasilitasi peserta BPJS Kesehatan untuk mengakses layanan persalinan, pemeriksaan kehamilan, dan KB. Tidak hanya itu, fasilitas kesehatan tersebut turut membantu pengurusan kepesertaan BPJS bagi bayi yang baru lahir dari orang tua yang telah terdaftar sebagai peserta. “Mayoritas masyarakat saat ini menggunakan BPJS Kesehatan sehingga kami berupaya membantu agar pelayanan kesehatan lebih mudah dijangkau,” ujar Harafiah.
Sebagai bentuk pelayanan berkelanjutan, PMB Hafizah melakukan pemantauan pascapersalinan melalui kunjungan rumah. Bahkan bagi pasien yang masih berdomisili di wilayah Kota Baubau, pihaknya turut membantu proses pengantaran pulang serta memberikan souvenir dan dokumentasi foto bayi sebagai kenang-kenangan bagi keluarga. “Kami ingin pasien merasa diperhatikan sejak datang hingga kembali ke rumah,” katanya.
Dari sisi fasilitas, PMB Hafizah menyediakan ruang persalinan yang nyaman dengan pendingin ruangan (AC), kamar mandi dalam, oksigen, alat sterilisator, serta peralatan medis yang memenuhi standar pelayanan kesehatan. Penguatan fasilitas ini sejalan dengan upaya peningkatan kualitas layanan kesehatan ibu dan bayi yang menjadi salah satu prioritas pembangunan kesehatan nasional.
